Consultation
This is my biggest ask of you.
Consultation is the initial meeting we will have, where I can get a sense of your business. Prior to this meeting, I will do my research to develop some ideas and get a sense of your company, but the meeting gives me a chance to hear about your vision.
I will typically ask to record these calls, so I have your exact words to reference. That helps me ensure I can actually take writing off your plate and not create more work for you later.
Research and Idea Generation
Once we have met and discussed your vision for content, I will get to work. I do the keyword analysis, search engine optimization, competitor research, and planning to deliver an effective plan of attack for your content.
Approving the Roadmap
This is simply a green light. I deliver content ideas, and you cross out what you don’t want and leave what you do. This gives you a chance to know what you’re receiving and redirect if you see something you want to change.
Writing and Editing
Content production and polishing, in your voice, exactly like we discussed on day one. No drama. No fuss.
Delivery and Publishing
I deliver publish-ready content in advance of the publishing date, so your team can schedule the post.
The delivery process changes sometimes depending on the client. I do my best to work within your current processes to avoid any friction related to publishing your content.
